1. Program Eligibility

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or have legal authority to act on their behalf.
• The child meets the minimum age requirement and any prerequisites outlined for specific courses.
• The child can participate safely and respectfully in a group learning environment.

2. Registration and Payment

• All registrations must be completed through our official channels (website, email, or authorized partners).
• Payment must be received in full before program commencement, unless otherwise arranged.
• Fees are subject to change and are non-refundable except where required by law or outlined in our refund policy.

3. Safety and Conduct

• All students must follow the safety rules and instructions provided by staff.
• Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to dismiss any student whose behavior compromises safety or learning. No refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Technology Use

• Students may use computers, tablets, robotics kits, and AI tools during class.
• All equipment must be used responsibly and only for educational purposes.
• Students must not access inappropriate content, install unauthorized software, or alter settings.
• Intentional damage to equipment will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided by us remain the intellectual property of Generation AI Inc and may not be copied, distributed, or resold.
• Student projects may be used for promotional or educational purposes (with consent).

6. Privacy and Media Consent

• We collect personal information in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
• By enrolling, you consent to the use of your and your child's information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional use. You may opt out in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Generation AI Inc is not liable for injuries from equipment misuse or safety rule violations.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages).
• Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s participation.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days prior to program start may be eligible for a refund or credit.
• No refunds after the program starts, unless approved by management under special circumstances.
• If we cancel a program, full refunds will be issued.

9. Website Use

• You agree not to post harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• You will not attempt to access restricted data or systems.
• You may not use our site for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use indicates your acceptance.
